Complete the SME Digitalisation Grant form

Download and complete the SME Grant Application Form here. Send us the completed form with all the supporting documents required. We will then assist you with the submission.
Application Approval

Once your grant application form is approved, you will have to pay the total invoice after deducting the subsidised amount granted from the initiative for each digitalisation service to Brand360.
Completion

Later, the bank will pay the remaining 50% of your total invoice amount, up to a maximum of RM5,000 to Brand360 in one lump sum payment or in stages based on the bank’s own discretion.

    FAQs

    1What are Technology Solutions Providers (TSP)?
    Technology Service Providers (TSP) are local technology companies approved by MDEC, to support Malaysian SMEs in their digitalisation efforts through the SME Digitalisation Grant. All SMEs can only engage with approved TSPs to be eligible for the grant under Budget 2020.
    2What are the details on the SME Digitalisation Grant initiative?
    • Grant: This matching grant is limited to one (1) application per SME only. However, SMEs are allowed to apply up to three (3) digital services with one (1) or more service providers that are approved by MDEC.
    • Availability: This grant is provided by the Government for a period of five (5) years beginning from 17th February 2020 or upon reaching 100,000 applications.
    • Fees: No fees are imposed.
    3How long does it take to process my application?
    Based on previous records, it takes around 2 - 3 weeks for the application to be approved. However, if there are large volumes of applications being processed, then delays are to be expected. Brand360 will provide you with timely updates on the progress of your application whenever necessary.
    4Is my personal data safe?
    Eligible SME members have the right at any time to:

    • Inquire about the use of Personal Data by contacting the bank
    • Withdraw the permission given to use Personal Data
    • Request any amendments/updates be made to the Personal Data
